Wishcasting Wednesday: What Do You Wish For An Abundance Of?

Every Wednesday, the incredibly talented Jamie Ridler, of Jamie Ridler Studios, posts a Wishcasting prompt.

I’ve made a place, a beautiful page on my blog, to cradle my wishes and dreams.

I’m guessing that some weeks I’ll answer her prompt, and some weeks I may not get to it.  On the days when I do make time to honor my wishes and dreams, they’ll be here, on the Wishcasting Wednesday page of my blog.

So here’s to my Wishcast for September 22, 2010 ~

Wishcasting Wednesday: What Do You Wish For An Abundance Of ?

I’ve been focused on simplifying, cleaning out, taking pleasure in the everyday … and this moment, as I think of abundance, I realize that simplifying and abundance are not opposites.

Simplifying, cleaning out, and taking pleasure in each day, make room for abundance.  When I clear my heart and mind of the rubbish, I have a lovely space for things beautiful, for things I hope and wish for.

I wish for an abundance of laughter, energy, and peace.  I wish for abundant healing for those I hold most dear.

I wish for an abundance of little girls holding hands, and of little boys getting licked in the face by puppies.  I wish for an abundance of mothers and fathers saying “I love you,” to their children … and of children doing the same.

Abundance of blessings, and of forgiveness … so that there is nothing more to forgive.

So, What Do You Wish For An Abundance Of?

    • Hi Lori-Lyn,
As one of my professors used to say when my ‘workbench is full’ there’s no room for anything else. Have to stop and clear off the workbench from time to time…
      Thanks for the wish!

    • Hi Kim,
I just love how the act of writing this simple post brings things like that to light for me. I guess both our simplicity and our abundance are what we make them. I hope to choose healthy abundance.
      Thanks for the wish!
