Wishcasting Wednesday: What Guidance Do You Wish For?

Every Wednesday, the incredibly talented Jamie Ridler, of Jamie Ridler Studios, posts a Wishcasting prompt.

I’ve made a place, a beautiful page on my blog, to cradle my wishes and dreams.

Some weeks I answer her prompt, and some weeks I don’t quite get to it.  On the days when I do make time to honor my wishes and dreams, they’ll be here, on the Wishcasting Wednesday page of my blog.

So here’s to my Wishcast for September 14, 2011 ~

Wishcasting Wednesday: What Guidance Do You Wish For?

This morning Seth Godin writes about the difference between emerging and merging.

Emerging is when you use a platform to come into your own. Merging is when you sacrifice who you are to become part of something else.”

I needed Seth’s words this morning.  His blog is one that I used to read faithfully, for my daily blast of strength and inspiration.  Last week I realized that I’ve been so consumed with wonderful projects that I wasn’t even checking in with Seth each day, and I was missing-out.  I will catch up, as his posts are very short and powerful.  Teeny tiny gold mines ~

His guidance blends creativity, business-wisdom, and human caring … very valuable guidance for me … maybe for you, too.

Last night I awoke at 2:30 and was drawn outside to soak up the bright, beautiful moon. The night was so alive I couldn’t resist.

I listened for divine guidance.  I listened for God ~ for the spirits, angels, and guides He sends to me … to all of us. He places in my path people like you, like Seth, people who are my teachers.  I listen when others are talking … guidance from someone else’s story, which is ultimately my own. You are all here to teach me.

I wish for guidance for my path.  That I will honor my voice, my strength, my compassion, and my resolve to serve this world.  I wish for guidance for my time, my body, my space.  Guidance for my divine emergence.

With warmest Wishcasting love ~
