Wishcasting Wednesday: How Do You Wish To Come Out Of Your Shell?

Every Wednesday, the incredibly talented Jamie Ridler, of Jamie Ridler Studios, posts a Wishcasting prompt.

I’ve made a place, a beautiful page on my blog, to cradle my wishes and dreams.

I’m guessing that some weeks I’ll answer her prompt, and some weeks I may not get to it.  On the days when I do make time to honor my wishes and dreams, they’ll be here, on my Wishcasting Wednesday page.

So here’s to my Wishcast for September 15, 2010 ~

Wishcasting Wednesday: How Do You Wish To Come Out Of Your Shell?

I wish to come out of my shell strong and flexible. Paying attention to my own needs, honoring my dreams, and feeding my soul are all part of maintaining a healthy body. I wish to find courage to support my voice, confidence in pursuing my dreams, and balance in always giving love to my family. My wish is to return my body to it’s strong, pain-free, supple state. In order to get there, I will need to take care of all of me … mind, body, and spirit.

  5. Lovely! I wish you so much courage, confidence, and balance. So true that mind, body, and spirit must go hand in hand- if one gets out of whack, the rest follow. As you wish for yourself, I deeply wish for you, also!

I can say that I share your wish, Jane. So many times, I envision myself finding that place where I can balance mind, body, and spirit. Finding that place where my body feels young and pain-free. Finding that place where I don’t have to push so hard just to make my body get through the day. Finding that place where I can enjoy relaxing because I know I can be lazy for a weekend and it just feels good without the pain creeping in to ruin my dreamy rest. Yes, I too share your wish and also wish this for you and all others who feel the way we do.

This is the first time I have looked at this site and find it interesting and encouraging. I envy and admire your ability to let your creative side shine. I had dreams of expressing myself creatively when I was younger. For many reasons, it seemed I never had a lot of time for anything but work and responsibility. I truly wish for wisdom to understand why I am where I am, strength to accomplish what I should, and peace of mind that I have fulfilled my purpose in life. I’m sure my wish is not all that unique!

Keep up the posts on fb. I’ll be back. 🙂

    • Hi Deborah, I’m so glad to see you here! I love writing! My wish is that I can contribute something that will make a difference in another life. I pray that I can offer that to you. Please take gentle good care of yourself, and tell your sweet husband hello for me!
      Take good care,
      Jane
